Clothes aren't just a way to express yourself. Many people are unhappy with their bodies & while they work on improving them, their clothes can be a way to shift attention from their bodies.
With that in mind we've purposely designed our garments with our logos situated in areas where they stand out, taking away interest from where it isn't wanted.Though formed in early 2020 BVNE Clothing (pronounced bow·vine) has been a long time coming.
A chubby, South London kid himself, BVNE founder, Olivier always loved looking good but didn't have many options when it came to plus size fashion. The latest trends weren't made with his shape in mind... However, as times changed & 'plus size fashion' entered the mainstream, male plus size models became more in demand. In 2019 Olivier signed to IMM Agency Group, positioning him to absorb how global brands like ASOS, Tommy Hilfiger, River Island, Calvin Klein, Gym Shark, & more worked behind the scenes. This motivation was enough to launch BVNE Clothing. A brand created with plus size people in mind.
Whether it's maintaining a good level of health or achieving one, looking after our bodies is a journey that we should all be on. And we're aware that it's a process that can be very long. But we also firm believers that the better your perception of yourself, the more invested you'll be in bettering yourself, mentally, spiritually & physically.
That's why we created BVNE. And even though we aim to cater to everyone, BVNE will always be a place where plus size people can come to look good..
